About Embrace Organics

Inspired by a long love of plants and people, Embrace Organics was created to be a central space for earth and people centered action.  Our mission is to promote plant diversity, local farmers, and earth and people centered works to create greater unity and clarity in our cooperative food movements and to inspire Black and Indigenous farmers and growers to plant more seeds, buy more land and serve more people in their communities. All with the goal to build stronger local economies and healthier community members.

Our goals are simple:

• Support the connection between Black and Indigenous farmers, growers and producers in their communities 
• Highlight the contributions of Black and Indigenous farmers, people and earth centered wellness, work and businesses in the United States 
• Encourage local food system support
• Advocate for community support, community development and local economy building 
• Help create access to herbal goodness for the inside and out
