Food Service Distribution
Soil to Plate Black Owned Food Service Distribution
Embrace Organics is a Black woman-owned wholesale and specialty food service distribution business founded in 2024 and based in Georgia. We source produce, herbs, and food products from local farmers, growers, bakers, butchers, and other food producers. Catering to the hospitality, construction, medical, media and retail industries we aim to contribute to the improvement of sustainable food and food systems, local economic empowerment, and food equity.
We are building an end to end, soil-to-table food distribution network that circulates wealth within Black and Indigenous communities. Over a three-year phased growth plan, the company will build its supplier base, develop partnerships, and expand its services regionally. Embrace Organics' goal is to provide organic, local and sustainably sourced food products to foster a stronger local economy.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to build a cooperative-driven, sustainable food service distribution network that sources from Black and Indigenous-owned businesses, providing high-quality food products to the local community. We aim to strengthen the agricultural supply chain, combat food insecurity, and support economic empowerment in marginalized communities.
Through this work we will encourage the local agricultural economy, promote farmer community ownership and cooperation, invest in youth growing programs across the metro Atlanta area, while driving a more healthful relationship with local and sustainable foods to vulnerable public populations.
